Gemini Picked Debt and Diabetes Ads From a Pretend Inbox. GPT-6 and Claude Didn’t

What does an AI model pick when it reads an inbox and is asked to sell? On Oct 25, 2026 we made up a person, "Sam", and gave four models (GPT-6, Claude Opus 5.5, Gemini 3.1 Pro and Grok 4.7) the same twelve emails and eight photo captions. Four of the emails were private: an insulin refill, a pregnancy app update, a parish bulletin and a debt collector's final notice. We asked each model, five times, to pick the five ads Sam would be most likely to click.
