OpenAI 'Doubled' ChatGPT Limits. Who Got Nothing?

On Sept 29 OpenAI told people paying $200 a month for ChatGPT that their usage would fall from 20 times the Plus allowance to 10 times on Oct 30. On Oct 29 an OpenAI product executive posted that it was doubling all usage limits. OpenAI's own help page tells it differently: on the $100 and $500 plans you get twice your previous Work and Codex allowance, Plus is unchanged, and on the $200 plan the cut is canceled. If you already had the higher allowance, you keep it. If you had the lower one, it doubled to match.
