SpaceX’s AI Arm Offers to Buy Homes. The Catch?

This fall, people in Southaven, Mississippi started getting a letter from MZX Tech, the company running the gas turbines behind Grok's data center and an affiliate of SpaceX's AI business. It offers to buy their homes, and FOX13 Memphis reads the catch in the letter's own words: in exchange for, among other things, a release of all claims related to the lawsuit. Some of these neighbors are suing over the plant's noise. MZX denies the allegations.
